The Torchbearers
The faculty in each of the institutions are the greatest asset
of the Group. Without a doubt, it is these members of the teaching
community who impart progress into the students. The management
has laid great emphasis in selecting professionals of considerable
academic capacity to handle the needs of students.
In the first instance, care has been
taken to identify candidates who have made an imprint of achievement
in their academic careers. Nextly, importance has been given
to their experience in institutions renowned for their standards.
And thirdly, their personal capabilities have been thoroughly
evaluated.
Faculty members have been imbibed with the philosophy of the
Group that stresses on systematic training of students. On occasion,
students have reason to believe they are being mothered and
at other times, they are made to realise that their staff mean
serious business. But in general, the faculty members present
themselves as their friends and more particularly, their partners
in progress.
