Procedure for Admission

Parents and students are requested to carefully read the instructions given in the application forms and adhere to the same strictly. Every application must be accompanied by necessary documents. Incomplete applications and failure to append the stipulated documents may lead to rejection. The relevant University guidelines are given herein.
Prospectus and application forms for all courses are available at the college as well as at the Corporate Office. Kindly ensure that you fill in absolutely correct details. In the event it is found that a candidate has furnished incorrect information:

01. He/She will forfeit the admission irrespective of what stage of the course he / she is in at that point of time.

02. He / She will be debarred from pursuing any course of studies.

03. Legal action will be initiated against him / her for furnishing wrong information.

Eligibility for Admission

B.E. / B.Tech.  
Community HSC (Academic/HSC (vocational) Diploma Holders
OC 60 % Average in the related subjects
BC 55 % Average in the related subjects
MBC / DNC 50 % Average in the related subjects
SC / ST Mere pass
Age Limit : There is no age limit and no restrictions for maximum number of attempts in the qualifying exams for admission to 1 year and II year B.E./B.Tech (Lateral Entry)
MBA : A Pass in any bachelor Degree (10+2+3 Pattern) / (11+1+3 Pattern)
MCA : A pass in any bachelor Degree Course with Business mathematics / Mathematics / Statistics as a subject of study in main / allied level under (10+2+3+ Patten) / (11+1+3 pattern) and should have taken Mathematics at +2 / Intermediate level)
Certificates

Students are required to submit photocopies of:
  1. Mark sheet of qualifying examination or equivalent
  2. Transfer Certificate from the institute last studied.
  3. Conduct Certificate
  4. Community Certificate
  5. Three passport-size photographs
  6. Joint declaration by the candidate and parent / guardian in the specified format
Documents that (NRI Quota) students must submit for admission

  1. Sponsorship letter in original with relationship certificate
  2. Employer letter (in original)
  3. Evidence for the payment of development charges of US $ 1000 to the college
  4. Statement of Bank A/c of sponsor with NRI A/c No.
  5. Embassy certificate of sponsor (in original)
  6. Nativity certificate of the sponsor
  7. Copy of Passport of Sponsor
Standard Regulations

It is firmly expected that students adhere to the standards that are laid down by the institution. While the management is rather strict on matters regarding discipline, the students are held in high esteem in the hope that they realise their responsibilities themselves and act in a manner befitting not only the honour of the institution but their own personal dignity.

Punctuality

The timings of the college are 8.30 am to 4.00 pm. Students are prohibited from arriving more than 10 minutes late and that too for genuine reasons only and leaving before class timings is also not permitted. There will be a lunch break of 1 hour in-between.
Regularity

Leave is generally not granted without genuine cause and that only with prior permission. Absence without leave will be viewed seriously and the parents immediately informed. Leave on health grounds will be permitted only with supporting medical certificate, students are expected to put in a minimum of 75% attendance as per University regulations.
Dress Regulation

Boys are to wear shirts and pants with shoes and girls in sarees or churidhar / kurtas with dupatta. Students must present a neat and clean turnout.

Ragging

Every students entering this institution must bear to mind that any form of ragging is dealt with very sternly and any violation whatsoever will be dealt with summary dismissal coupled with action as per law. Students are earnestly advised to desist from this barbaric practice that is indulged in by a few students in the name of fun. The college organises fellowship programmes and students are asked to familiarise themselves with incoming students in these programmes.

General Behaviour

Students are instructed to carry themselves with decorum at all times and never give room for occasion where the management receives any complaint whatsoever with regard to their behavior. They may remember that any action that is necessitated against them for whatever reason would bring disrepute not only to them and their institution but to their families as well.

Fee Structure

The Tution fees, Hostel Fees, Transport Fees etc., will be intimated at the time of admission.

Fees once paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances. The student would be expected to furnish a legally binding commitment in writing to the above effect.

Kindly take note that of the student wishes to leave the college at any time during the course, he / she will be required to pay the full fees for the entire duration of the course (4 years for Engineering & Technology coursers, 3 years for MCA and 2 years for MBA)

Transfer Certificate and other certificates can be issued to a student only after he / she has fulfilled and satisfied completely the terms and conditions as laid down herein and from time to time.

Information Sessions

When admission are on, information sessions are organised throughout the week to disseminate information to students and parents on admission procedures.
All matters regarding application, various admission criteria, written tests and so on are discussed with students in order to clarify their doubts, if any. Staff members counsel students on admission procedures and guide them on various courses that they may undertake in accordance with their qualifications, merit and aptitude. Students and their parents are thus able to make a decision about their career.
